1. Information We Collect We collect the entrant’s name, email address, and (if under 18) the name of a parent or legal guardian. We also collect the creative name you’ve proposed for Vivalina’s creation.

• Contest Administration: To identify your entry, select finalists, and contact winners to coordinate prize delivery (signed books).

• Publication: If your proposed name is the winner, the name itself will be published in the book "Vivalina Grows a Gourd."

• Updates: We may use your email to send you updates about the book launch or Gourdlandia news. You can opt out of these updates at any time.

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA) We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If an entrant is under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the entry. We will not use a child’s email address for marketing purposes without explicit parental permission.

4. Data Sharing We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data stays with Graham at Gourdlandia.
